Acton Glen
4 New Homes Built at Stella Court
In 2016, Acton Management developed the parcel of land behind the office building at 267 Great Road in Acton, MA. The development is titled ACTON GLEN, and consists of 4 new homes on a street named Stella Court. Construction was completed over the spring and summer of 2017, and as of October 2017, the 4 homes were sold.

Acton Meadows
26 Single Family Homes at Gabriel Lane
Acton Meadows is a development of 26 single family homes off of Great Road (Route 2A) in Acton, MA that was completed in the spring of 2016. The new street, named Gabriel Lane, is ideal, near shopping, major highways, and a multitude of recreational activities. A portion of the development is set aside for affordable housing.
All units, at both the affordable (7) and market rates (19) have been sold.
Sarah Jane Court
6 Town Homes
Comprised of six, town-home style units and completed in 2013, Sarah Jane Court is situated in one of Acton’s premier locations.
The property features modern upscale amenities, three bedroom floor plans, granite kitchens with stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, gas fireplaces, garages and town sewer.
